Subsequently, the leadership team signed annual objective responsibility agreements with heads of all departments.

In early February, ZHGAS formulated its annual OKR objectives across core business areas, new ventures, and operational management, defining 12 strategic goals and 32 critical deliverables. By late February, departments aligned their OKRs with corporate priorities and cascaded them into individual performance targets. This unified, transparent goal-setting framework systematically enhances company-wide focus on mission-driven execution.

Reinforcing Accountability, Activating Incentive-Driven Momentum

The agreements explicitly outline the rights and obligations of primary responsible parties and joint stakeholders,supported by differentiated resource allocation and interconnected incentive mechanisms to empower departments in achieving targets. By aligning responsibilities, authority, and benefits, these agreements foster a culture of accountability and motivation across the organization.

General Manager Yu Kuangshi emphasized that enterprises must anchor their strategies to survival and sustainable growth, requiring a deep understanding of macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and market demands.
