On January 7, 2017, the First Shareholders' Meeting and the Board of Directors Meeting of CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the Company, the same below"), affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was successfully held in Conference Room 204 at the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Attendees included Dai Wengang, Deputy Director of Hechao Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Lv Qinggang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other relevant personnel. The meeting was chaired by Yuan Shiwu, Chairman of the Company.
During the session, resolutions including the Company's Development Plan and Financial Budget for 2017-2018 and the Appointment of Senior Executives and Approval Authority were reviewed and approved.
