On January 17-18, 2019, the 2019 Year-End Conference of CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Zhonghe Gasification") was held at its Chaohu headquarters. Organized by the Administration Department, the event achieved its intended objectives.
At 2:00 PM on January 17, all Beijing branch staff arrived at the Chaohu headquarters, where they were warmly welcomed with refreshments. A discussion forum commenced at 3:00 PM, during which employees openly shared insights, reviewed achievements, and proposed suggestions for the company’s development. The session lasted until 5:00 PM.
At 9:00 AM on January 18, the 2018 Department Heads’ Annual Review Meeting was solemnly convened in the conference room. Company executives attended as department heads from design, R&D, engineering, procurement, finance, HR, and administration delivered reports via PowerPoint. These presentations highlighted departmental achievements, team-building progress, major completed projects, existing challenges, and 2019 plans. Executives provided feedback, and department heads conducted mutual evaluations. All employees observed the proceedings.
General Manager Yu Kuangshi presented the "Innovating the Future, Embracing Infinite Possibilities" 2018 Annual Report. The data-driven analysis covered four areas: 2018 goals, key accomplishments, identified issues, and 2019 outlook. The report emphasized performance-based evaluation, candid self-reflection to address challenges, and enhancing employee well-being and sense of belonging to inspire collective dedication.
In 2019, the company will prioritize existing projects, strengthen operational controls, and focus on client satisfaction to solidify its gasification services. With continuous improvements in design and R&D capabilities, steady progress in major projects, and enhanced corporate governance, Zhonghe Gasification aims to elevate its brand recognition through demonstration projects and strategic outreach, expanding its industry influence from individual successes to widespread impact.
While celebrating achievements, the company acknowledges persistent challenges: inadequate policy implementation and gaps in employee execution. In 2019, efficiency enhancement initiatives will be intensified to foster rigor, vitality, and stability, paving the way for high-quality development. Three critical campaigns will be launched: cost control, project coordination, and risk management.
